My experience was incredibly disappointing. The hotel was in terrible condition, with broken amenities and an abandoned feeling to many areas. Cleanliness was also a major issue. the room was dusty and had not been properly cleaned, leaving old items under the bed. the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me frustrated with unresolved issues regarding our room type.

The family room was spacious, featuring a veranda that provided direct access to a grassy area with a large pool and a bar, creating an excellent play space for children. The aqua park was a significant highlight, with enough attractions to keep the kids entertained throughout our 7-night stay. the grill food, especially the kofta and pita, was particularly enjoyable, and the bar staff ensured the kids had fun drinks.

The cleanliness of certain areas could be improved, with inconsistent room cleaning.

Checked in at 4 AM and the staff were super helpful! They gave us welcome bags filled with snacks and drinks, which was such a nice touch after a long trip. The poolside snack bar was decent for quick bites. Just a bummer that some areas felt a bit neglected, needing more attention to cleanliness.
